The IC Action Plan Committee is responsible for the implementation of MCAA's strategy for addressing the independent contractor issue. MCAA ;seeks a resolution to this issue that fairly and clearly spells out compliance options to maintain both employee and independent contractor status for drivers in the industry. The committee is charged with overseeing all lobbying efforts including the coordination legal research efforts, public awareness campaigns and fundraising to sustain this initiative.
