The MCAA has obtained a special group rate of $209.00 single or double per night, exclusive of applicable taxes. Please note: Registration to attend the meeting does not serve as a hotel confirmation.
To make your hotel reservations, call 619 424.4000 and ask for in house reservations and then you will be prompted to press 1 for Group Reservations. To receive the group rate you will need let the reservations agent know you are with the Messenger Courier Association of the Americas. For your convenience, check in time is 4:00 pm and checkout time is 11:00 am.

Cancellations/No-Shows
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of reservation. Cancellations must be made by 4pm local time 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid one night room and tax charges.
In the event that a guest fails to check-in for a guaranteed reservation, a non-refundable charge of one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file and the balance of the reservation will be cancelled.
Travel / Ground Transportation
The Loews Corondado Bay Resort is located 20 minutes from San Diego International Airport. Cloud 9/Super Shuttle has been selected as the preferred shuttle service, to make a reservation over the phone, call 800-9-SHUTTLE or book online at www.cloud9shuttle.com. After collecting your luggage, take the sky bridge or cross walk over to the ground transportation islands. Look for the island with a blue sign overhead which reads “Shuttles for Hire”. Contact the airport customer service representative. Request Cloud 9/Super Shuttle and give your destination location. The representative will call a van for you.
Airport shuttle pricing is as follows:
Adults & Children over 3 years old: $16 each way.
Adults & Children over 3 years old: $32 round trip.

Weather & Attire:
During the day the average temperature in San Diego is in the 70’s and the evenings are in the high 50’s.
Casual resort attire is appropriate for all locations in the area and MCAA meeting functions. The final evening’s Annual Banquet is a slightly more formal event with business attire/jacket optional for the gentleman and cocktail attire for the ladies.
